Quality Measurement
How we proceed:
Step 1
First, we perform an assessment of the premises. We check each work surface for on-site maintenance requirements and determine how we will be focusing our attention and expertise.
Step 2
Secondly, after a one month trial period, a controller from our team will visit the premises and carefully check the quality of the work that has been provided. The controller will prepare a report based on a detailed 45-item list in which every corner of your workplace will receive our full attention.
Step 3
The required adjustments will then be made and the house crew will be advised on how to perform the necessary tasks carefully.
Step 4
Subsequently, frequent and unannounced inspections are carried out by the responsible person (controller) throughout the duration of the contract.
